So after having played 4 years of pop-punk and punk-rock with the likes of The Scallywags (www.myspace.com/thescallywagsmusic), after a number of shows and having been ripped off for the recording of the Scallywags debut LP "Liberation's Way To Groove," The Scallywags somewhat disbanded, each of us moving somewhere new to do something new.
However, missing music i'm still writing, and i'm soon moving out of switzerland to most probably england to study music and sociology and get back into some performing bla bla bla.
The song you got here is really rough, recorded on my laptop, but you can see the sound is more garage-rock than what i was doing with the scallywags.
The Scallywag's drummer Fred, has put out a small indie label, www.ChimpRec.com, who i'm now an artist for.
I'm looking to start a band and get some shows in once i'm out of switerland.
So check it out, give me a shout, help me out if you know anyone whos in the business or anything, and most of all, support the monkeys.
