Above and Beyond Records was started in 1998 by T.
Mims in east tennessee at the age of 13 doing beats on the casio and rappin on a karaoke machine.
It has always been a dream of his to one day have his own recording label, get a masters in recording engineering/business, as well as develop his talent of singing, rapping, making beats, engineering, and producing.
Threw the years his talent has developed into a mega workshop of artist development as well as personal development.

Mims has worked to reach industry standard on recording equipment, sound and production, as well as artist development.
He has also began schooling at S.A.E.
(sound audio engineering) to complete his recording engineering degree.
